"Loved the location of this hotel. The concierge Dimitri was very attentive but the restaurant staff were not on the ball. We had to wait over an hour for our pudding and when we raised this it was dismissed and told we didn’t wait that long. The breakfast was not kept tidy throughout the service and there were many spillages around the cooked breakfast area. The pool area was lovely. "The TV had difficulty connecting for movies. They moved us once and gave us another room so we could relax at night with a movie. The refrigerator was missing a dial and we couldn't turn it up. They let us use the kitchen refrigerator."
