A stunning property, great rooms and quick elevator. Awesome views the staff are amazing. Some of the best in any hotel I have stayed in. We had the best stay as a family in 3 rooms. We loved our short stay at this hotel , however we had an amazing experience The hotel staff are amazing and the concierge Greg was very helpful ,he found us tickets for hobitton in 10 min even though we have been looking everywhere for many days . Right next to the hotel you have very delicious restaurants Everything was perfect , my kids loved the pool and the restaurant terrace for breakfast

Overall, was a nice property. Do have a couple of downsides, in our room the bathroom had an air vent and it made a horrible whistling noise which was unpleasant overnight, the main door to the room also creaked a lot and sounded like someone was trying to enter at times, I'm not sure if this was to do with the wind coming through the bathroom vent. The room also had a sulphuric smell about it. However, the room was clean and presented nicely and the staff were friendly.

No one cleaned the room. Also spoke to reception and they sent no one up. We had two kids under 3 and the rubbish can pile up with nappies etc. Staff weren’t friendly either.
