"Excellent hotel. Room was big and quiet, and beds were very comfortable The kids had a great time at the pool. Location was very convenient as we were going to a concert at Spark Arena - hotel was only 8min walk distance. Will definitely stay again"

"Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet and central with lots of dining options. Valet parking was easy and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would have liked to receive by VIP drinks voucher but this was never mentioned."

"I booked a room with a bathtub but was given a shower only. Asked for a vase to be brought to the room as well as pillows they had advertised being available on their pillow menu, but never received and was just left waiting and never received an update that they weren’t bringing or could accommodate. Other than that, it was a nice stay "
