"I booked a room with a bathtub but was given a shower only. Asked for a vase to be brought to the room as well as pillows they had advertised being available on their pillow menu, but never received and was just left waiting and never received an update that they weren’t bringing or could accommodate. Other than that, it was a nice stay "

"The hotel was very convenient for the airport with the yellow bus pick for $8 which is why we chose it. However it is very dated and no usb sockets in the rooms plus it was a shower over the bath, very slippy and you needed to be tall as the shower was so high up! We had an early flight but weee disturbed all night by either people chatting loudly in the hall, doors banging and people running up and down overhead. Basically all the walls are very thin! "
