"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "

"Great location and in spite of its proximity to the motorway, room was very quiet. Having the supermarket 3 minutes walk away is also very convenient. The dishwasher wasn’t working and they knew this when they put me in the room so that was a touch annoying but once I reported the issue, house keeping kindly washed up all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. "

"Pretty basic and dated. Friendly staff and very convenient location for what we wanted. Building is ëarthquake prone/risk"so bear that in mind if thats something that concerns you. Overall I think its good value for money. $240 for 2 nights in Wellington for a triple room."

"Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet and central with lots of dining options. Valet parking was easy and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would have liked to receive by VIP drinks voucher but this was never mentioned."
