"The staff was so friendly, and checkin and checkout were both super easy. The family room was the best!! They thought of so many fun details for the kids, including kid robes, a bath bomb, books, a nightlight, and a board game! We were so impressed by all the details they thought through. Having the free pass to the Sky Tower was such a great bonus too! The area was easy to navigate with lots of restaurant options around. The concierge led us to Elliott Stables for dinner, which was perfect for our family. We would highly recommend this hotel to families and we would love to return! "
