"This was a great room for a longer term stay. Cooking, dishwasher and clothes washer available in room. Although located out of town, was close to airport with a spectacular view of the Remarkables and the location was great to avoid the traffic congestion in town. Parking is limited, but we were lucky enough to get onsite parking each day of our stay. Worst case scenario, there is paid parking directly behind the hotel for a reasonable cost $10. "I loved the hotel room. It is the nicest one I've been in during my stay in Auckland. Fortunately I could pay to park in the underground carpark before I arrived but I did not see that it was paid parking when I booked the room. "

"Unit was nice, two bedroom with two bathrooms was great for our family of four. I was a bit disappointed with the view. We were in a ground floor unit in the back building, from the photo’s it looked like you were right on the water."

"Quest was clean and the staff was friendly and reactive when I lost both of my keys on Christmas Day. Ugh, could've been a nightmare, but I was back in my room within 5 minutes of calling the help line. Beautiful view of the Remarkable Mts and walking distance to grocery, shopping and restaurants. I walked to the hotel from the airport-maybe 15 or 20 minutes mostly flat and got a feel for the area. Convenient from the airport, but fairly far from downtown. "Second stay at this Motel on our return from Auckland. Upgraded to a superior room with all facilities including spa bath. The room looked fairly recently redecorated and in first class condition. Excellent condition and cleanliness."

"Property dated. We had a room looking out to the carpark but there was noreal good view from any side of the property. Close enough to eating area without the noise. This was central point for us to do day trips to rotorua surrounds so it was convenient. We also booked here because it was a one bed apartment style accommodation. "
