Hotel was ok, but it wasn’t great. Tried to call room service and no one picked up. Bathroom was not like the pictures and seemed very unclean. People at reception were unpleasant and didn’t seem to want to help me when i had questions. Outside facilities were not that clean either. Otherwise the room was clean and stayable and the lady at house keeping was lovely. Will not be staying here again.

Loved every minute we were here at Rydges and wish we had stayed at that property all week. So close to geothermal pools and Māori village. Heated pool and hot tub, laundry, beautiful rooms, great staff.
