"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "

"Great location and in spite of its proximity to the motorway, room was very quiet. Having the supermarket 3 minutes walk away is also very convenient. The dishwasher wasn’t working and they knew this when they put me in the room so that was a touch annoying but once I reported the issue, house keeping kindly washed up all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. "

"Staff and location are great, just the roadwork around the property was a bit off putting. The shower and toilet are very tight,no need for a bath in such a confined area. Overall ok stay very quiet and the restaurant and bar area was great."

"I stayed 1 night for a layover before my return baclbto the US. The jotel room was awesome. Comfy brds. Great ammenities and beautiful view. The Sky Tower and Casino was directly across the street, as well as restuarants. It was also close to tge water and local CBD for shopping and dining. I wish I spent another day."
