"We needed a dog friendly place to stay with disabled access for a couple of nights. We managed to get a good discount when booking. The best bit was a cafe offering food in the evenings and booked breakfast which was included in the price too. Very clean and good sized room. Fully accessible bathroom with plenty of room. Lovely friendly staff. We were so pleasantly surprised with this place and will definitely return. "

"Excellent location and the hotel had a bright modern feel inside. Very clean and modern bedroom, great (free) wifi, good tea/coffee making facilities and a comfy bed. Plenty of parking also. Plus a fantastic beer served at the bar called 'Meantime'... worth a try."

"Susan our host was warm and welcoming, the property was beautiful and our room was really nice. The breakfast was gorgeous! We come to Ibstock to visit our friends for their Christmas party every year and this was the first time we'd chosen to find somewhere else to stay. Needless to say, we'll be making a stay at The Post House part of our annual tradition and we're looking forward to staying again next year!"
