"Great location. Comfortable bed. Theres no tea or coffee making facilities but this is freely available at reception. I intended to have dinner here. Told at reception they stopped serving at 9pm, but when i went down at 8.15 I was told the kitchen was closed because there were very few customers. Be aware there is a parking charge in addition to the rom charge or £3/ 24 hours. Lovely helpful and friendly staff."

"Susan our host was warm and welcoming, the property was beautiful and our room was really nice. The breakfast was gorgeous! We come to Ibstock to visit our friends for their Christmas party every year and this was the first time we'd chosen to find somewhere else to stay. "I wasn’t sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good.
