"We booked 2 rooms for my family of 6. The rooms are spacious with plenty of counter space and storage. Everything was clean and included slippers and PJ’s and all bathroom amenities. It was a great location for our base in Kyoto. The laundry was closed during our stay but there is a great laundromat about a 5 min walk away. "This is the second time I have stayed here visiting family. Overall nice property but there was an issue with guests from Mainland China. They were loud, drunk, rude, and made thenstay less enjoyable. This hotel should review it's travel partners and better vet the groups coming in. The area is good but too many Gaijin tourists who are ruining Kyoto with there boorish behavior. I feel sorry for the locals."
