"The hotel was beautiful from the entrance itself to the staff, I felt bad every single time we went in or out they bow and say stay safe outside, and welcome back, also the most shocking part was this kind staff member her name escapes me, but she spoke English, Spanish, French and Japanese it was an amazing shock and she was magnificent, highly recommend this hotel along with the amazing food nearby like Fiveran Bakery and Ramen Mugyu Vol. 2 Karasuma Takoyakushi!"

"The rooms are amazing and the amenities provided are top notch. Each day they stock your coffee, water, juice and tea. I for one love coffee and the drip coffee bags tasted amazing. I did not have the included breakfast here because the price is rather expensive for a breakfast, but I'm sure the food is great if it is anything like the evening waffles and whiskey service they offer. Location is okay being near the castle, but if you are taking public transit, note the nearest subway station...
