"This is a great location if you want to get away but still be close to the action. Trains and bus routes are all close by which is a huge plus if you're traveling to any of the shrines or bamboo forest. Nikishi market is a 10 min walk and all the hidden gem restaurants are close by. Service and staff was amazing. They went above and beyond with being accomadating and helping us foreigners. Would highly recommended"

"Apartment in a quiet area, close to station and convenient store. Comfortable beds with the exception of the sofa bed which as very uncomfortable. Mini fridge was a plus. Unit was very tight for three even for Japan standards. No space for luggage. Carpet was stained throughout the unit. Walls had pen marks. Overall okay."

"Kyoto is a lovely city and the hotel is just as good, even though is a little far from the station, is close from Subway station and a bunch of bus line, which is the main way to get around the city. The staff is great and really helpful, the room is not small and fits great. Would definitely stay there again. "
