"Hotel was conventinetly located next door to a seven eleven and a train station. My husband forgot his iwatch while staying at the hotel and they were nice enough to send the item to the new city/hotel via carrier. Amazing customer service! Over all 4 starts because the beds were hard and it made our back hurt. The pillows were also hard- as if they had been stuff with hard beads. Really weird. "
