"No train noise as the nearby transportation (subway) is underground. I used ta-q-bin service from Tokyo to this hotel and the hotel staff conveniently placed the transported luggages into our room. Since I was staying at the annex, I had limited interactions with staff, but they were pleasant. Had to subtract some points for cleaniness as our room had stains on the carpet and black hair dye splatters over the bathroom walls. I understand those cannot be simply wiped off, but I expected more or at least a heads up from staff. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were clean."
