"An excellent stay in Kyoto. New and very clean, hip hotel in a great area for exploring. The subway station is right beneath the hotel, making it easy to go anywhere and everywhere. Also very walkable neighborhood. "

Loved it here, just had a few concerns finding a couple mosquitoes near the windows of the room."

"This is the second time I have stayed here visiting family. Overall nice property but there was an issue with guests from Mainland China. They were loud, drunk, rude, and made thenstay less enjoyable. This hotel should review it's travel partners and better vet the groups coming in. The area is good but too many Gaijin tourists who are ruining Kyoto with there boorish behavior. I feel sorry for the locals."

"Had a great stay here for 3 nights with 2 adults, 2 kids. The room was comfortable, immaculate, well equipped. My only complaint about the room would be the fridge temperature - it turned everything to ice by the morning. Great for bottles of water to take out for the day, not so much for left over snacks. We did not use the spa area although the option was available. The breakfast choices were amazing, and they managed the volume of people well. An 8 minute walk from the station, bus stop...
