"Love the location,central to all the action on Fremont street.Hotel/casino is excellent. However room service at least in the Carson Tower where I stayed is not good for me.If one wants room service then I have to ring the day before to be serviced.However I generally play poker all night so I am sleeping until at least midday,So often my room does not get serviced.Absolute hate this way of service, "

"We stayed 3 nights and spoke to several members of the staff. Every single one was very pleasant, professional and helpful. The young lady who I believe was part of the cleaning or kitchen crew, was at the front desk when I hecked out and made sure to ask about our stay. Furniture was a bit dated but the room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and the mattress was EXTREMELY comfortable, we slept great!! "From start to finish we had a great stay. We stayed in a lot so we especially appreciated the spacious room with the extra seating....perfect for a family with more than 4 people. The decor in the room and throughout the hotel was very tasteful and updated. The pool with the giant slide and hot tub was a huge hit. I had a few tiny nitpicks but I woud definitely stay here again. "
