Horrible parking, no dog area despite claiming to be dog friendly. TONS OF HIDDEN FEES!! Avoid this place at all costs! The beds were awful. Hard as a rock. The room was not clean at all. There were hairs in the shower and around the toilet. Over all, the hidden fees are unbelievable, for many things including parking despite still having to pay $100 when departing the parking lot in addition to paying the front desk when you checkout. $50 a day resort fee- meanwhile the pool is completely closed and constant construction going on. Parking garage is impossible to find, the slots are as tight as they get.. the flamingo is ruined. I grew up there as a child up until my early twenties, (10yrs ago) and i was shocked at how bad it has gone downhill. We had 4 people in out party and everyone stated the exact sentiments. They will never return. Oh!! And they put service jammers on your phones, ipads, etc, and want $15 a day per device for wifi. Despicable, what are we paying a $50 a day resort fee for? Do not ever go to this hotel. I highly recommend Fremont street, it is amazing and if you want to explore The strjp its a short walk or drive. Do NOT stay here.
