"Overall this is a pretty good older AmericInn. Have stayed in others that were more updated. >> Pool did not open until 8:30 Am which caused us to have to wait since we were up early. Hot Tub/Whirlpool is NOT very hot. Mainly upper warm. Some items in the room needed attention: like batteries for TV remote, missing or burned out lite bulbs, broken strap on the foldable luggage holder. We did leave a note in the room."

"For being a relatively close to the airport hotel this ranks up there is one of the best value for the money I personally have ever stayed at. The front desk reception was extremely friendly, explained everything, showed us where the pool was, gave us an option for what floor we wanted our room on, showed us the restaurant, etc. I would highly recommend of the handful of hotels near Green Bay airport is this being the top one."

"The villas are off the beaten path. Maybe 5 other cars total the 4 days we were there. We had a great experience. One thing to note- the shuttle buses DO NOT run during the winter…. We just needed to plan ahead, and have everything with us. Parking was nice and close when we got to the waterpark. Of all the vacations we have been to in the Dells, this was by far our best experience. EVERYONE was friendly, kind, and patient. Especially the lifeguards! "
