Maintenance work on the property's elevators will take place until December 31, 2025. During this time, guests may experience some longer waiting time for the elevators and some noises from the maintenance work.
The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.

We were supposed to stay at the Manor and let me just say it was the worst decision. The area was full of people who were on drugs, the outside parking lot was dirty and didn’t look safe to park there. The hallways had a very distinct smell like mold, weed, wet and damped. Once we got into our room, it had a horrible smell as if that building was abandon for too long. The furniture was very old and it looked unsanitary. I decided to pay extra to stay in the main hotel where it was at least clean. But we put our sign at the door to not disturb and when we came back we had new toiletries and towels which tells us they didn’t respect our sign to NOT COME IN!!! Staff is nice but the hotel is not like it used to be.

I tried to check in, but needed to wait for 50 minutes in my car so I wouldn't have to pay an extra $33.00. Got to my room, very cold, temp was set at 60, no big deal, I adjusted the temp control as best as possible, noticed the window was open, I went to shut the window, and the glass almost fell out. But I guess we get what we pay for.

I can't say enough good things about Circus Circus. It has so many things that make it feel safe and quiet. Great location.
