"It would be nice it’s own self parking or, someone to explain the self parking when guest arrive. We also had an issue with our key one day and the cleaning staff said they would call security for us, but security never showed. I don’t know if they were called. My husband went back down stairs to correct the issue. Overall we were compensated for the parking issue and we would stay there again. I guess was just a little disappointed with the original parking issue."

"Beautiful property. Artwork is amazing esp the statuary. Staff in general very helpful. Do watch your charges because on two occasions on back to back days I was overcharged for drinks. I was charged for two 25 ounce drinks when my son and I actually ordered 16 ounce drinks. The first time we didn’t realize it overpaid the second time we did. the bartender apologized and corrected it but two times in two days is concerning."
