The hotel is not up to Golden Nugget standards as in Lake Charles. The ceramic in the tubing was peeling away, making a bath gross and unacceptable. The fixtures was lose. The water sprinkler in the room was rusted out. The door hinges in the bathroom was rusted out. The hallways were dimly lit. It was not a signature Golden Nugget property!!!

Rooms are old with mold. We were moved to a different room. Staff refused to give veteran discount. We changed rooms. I had to call back three times after we checked out to get our room receipt emailed me so we could get or $50.00 discount. Staff at desk were less than than impressive. Shark tank area was closed which is what the they are known for. I can say with confidence that was my first and last time staying there.
