Park MGM is my go to every time I come to Vegas! The staff and service are wonderful and welcoming! The property is a non-smoking property as well and offers an abundance of restaurants and shopping. The biggest plus is the tram that can take you to Aria, Bellagio, & Park MGM!

We had a horrible stay there, as their mattress is very old and extremely soft. We couldn’t sleep one night properly in there and got completely exhausted. My back pain resumed and as a result our overall vacation got ruined. We’ve been asking the front desk for a room upgrade or even mattress exchange 3 days in a row, and after empty promises we’ve been told by the front desk supervisor it’s impossible as they are fully booked. One day the front desk rep has promised that they will credit us with the resort fees, but our final bill didn’t reflect this promise either. On top of everything, the room didn’t have a hair dryer which I have also asked for 3 times. On the positive side the room was really clean and the cleaning ladies were very welcoming and extremely responsive.

I liked location ,it was just bridge to go to other side where was small food court and shoping centar.I also liked that was smoke free.I did not like the room,it was old style with dark red walls and dark red velvety sofa.Bad was OK.Restroom was OK,but hot and cold water was kind of tricky to turn on.Splash water in tpilet was short cicle,we had to do twice.Our TV chanels were open only minute and after that was messasge that we do not have a signal,or internet.Crazy.For a rate what we paid I expected to be better

My digital key would never work the elevator, so I had to go back down and get a real key. We had family members on different floors, which was annoying that to get to each others rooms we had to meet in the lobby.
