I reserved and paid for the mountain tower with a view of the strip. Instead I got the valley tower with a view of the dirty roof. The towels had mystery stains on it.

I stayed here for one night and got exactly what I paid for. The sheets were rough, and while there were coffee cups in the room, there was no coffee maker or ice bucket. Also, there wasn’t an extra roll of toilet paper, which is something I expect at any hotel. The hallway had a noticeable smell of marijuana, but the location was convenient, and the room was good enough for a short stay. The check-in process was frustrating. The first receptionist kept trying to check me in at a kiosk, but the machine wasn’t working. Even after I asked for a live person to assist, they insisted on using the kiosk, which wasted more time and created a pretty annoying situation. Overall, it was sufficient for one night, but I’d likely look for something more comfortable and accommodating if I were staying longer.
