"The hotel was walkable to Dotonbori which was great for food and night life. It was very clean and staff was very helpful. Check in was very easy and convenient. The hotel also offered luggage delivery in the lobby and had a money exchange machine! "

"Everyone in the receiving area are extremely helpful, they went all the way to help us move to our preferred room the next day since it wasn't available when we checked in late. Eventhoug there's an obvious language barrier, everyone tried their very best to accommodate us. The lobby is so elegant, the rooms are clean and well appointed. The most exciting part is their buffet breakfast! Its filled with lots and lots of delicious dishes! I look forward to it every morning! I definitely will bring my family back to this wonderful hotel very soon!"
