The hotel was located close to several metro stations which made arriving from Kansai airport a breeze. The staff were excellent & helped with our luggage forwarding as well. Amenities were great as there was a gym & most rooms had a washing machine. Bed was comfortable & ample space in the bathroom. There’s also a rooftop area where you can book space to chill out. Food options & shopping are easily within reach!

The reception/check-in area was weirdly placed on the 18th floor. Not really a problem, just new for me. The rooms were spacious enough for two and the in-room washer/dryer was super convenient. A Doutor coffee shop was directly across the street from the hotel and 7-eleven was one block away. There were also several train stations within walking distance making it convenient for exploring Osaka. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We are a fan of Tokyo Stays, and have stayed at various locations throughout Japan primarily because of the in-room laundry, so this was no exception. The ability to wash almost a weeks worth of clothes was awesome, setting it before leaving for the day and coming back to a finished load! The area is very walkable to Dontonbori and not far from the nearest metro line. There are numerous food places nearby and a coffee shop right outside the front door. As for the service, it was very nice, the front desk was kind despite having to deal with other tourists before us. The breakfast was enough, lots of choices between American and Japanese breakfast dishes. I was always satisfied and it held me over through lunch and into dinner. Finally, the room itself is small like most Japanese hotels, but it was comfortable and we had enough space for our 2 backpacks, 2 carry-on suitcases, and all the bags from shopping. The only thing I would recommend is having more outlet access, as many of us need to charge our watch, pocketwifi, cell phone and portable chargers nightly. It because a little difficult when there's minimal outlets.

The shared office space was very unique, and added to the ambience of the hotel. Loved the book displays on the first level. The room felt large after coming from Tokyo and the ensuite laundry was an excellent feature.

An interesting Tokyo Stay. The room, location and condition was to their high standard Don’t waste your money on the breakfast. It was sparse in selection and of poor quality. Within 100 metres of the hotel are many options explore these and save money. Other than that a great place to stay

Loved my stay here! The accommodations were spacious, clean, and came with all amenities needed. The hotel was on a quieter block, which was perfect for relaxing after a day out. Great location only a short walk away from two different train lines. Main destinations like Dotonbori and Nishiki Market are about a 20min walk away. Would stay here again when I am back in Osaka.

The room was actually a little bigger than I expected. I’ve learned that the Tokyu Stay chain is reliable. We stayed at the Shibuya location when we first arrived and enjoyed our stay there as well. The rooms and property are clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I appreciated the amenities bar that they provided. Breakfast was also great! Mostly Japanese style and it was delicious! It was also nice to eat breakfast with a city view on the 18th floor. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka.

The hotel wasn't very clean or well-kept. There are marks on the wall, hair in the bathroom, stains on the table, and crumbs in the corner. They need to clean a lot better. The reception wasn't friendly or welcoming. I would skip this place.
