The bedroom is not big enough to accommodate 5 people - 2 single beds and 3 Japanese futons. It's misleading on the reservation website. The room has terrible smelling. The property should provide basic toiletries. It would be better to provide wi-fi."

"The service is top notched. The location is good . Kintesu line and mall just besides the hotel. Direct bus limousine from Kansai. 1800yen for adult and 900 yen for kids. Have been here 3 times for holidays over the past 15 years. "

We were traveling through and only there for one night, so we didn't change our plans, but we would not stay again."
