The room looked nothing like the photos, the walls were dirty, had multiple holes, the lift was dirty and there was rust on some of the doors.

The property was clean and quiet. It was close to my job, and I immensely enjoyed it. The staff was courteous and went above and beyond to resolve an issue. They stayed in contact and ensured I didn't have to worry about anything other than enjoying my stay at the property. The manager, Joanna, is a rockstar!!! Thank you so much for your time and help. Very appreciative.

I was under the impression I had booked a room with two beds. One queen and an old lumpy sofabed/futon was not satisfactory. The room was dirty, grubby marks on the walls, accumulating dust on lamps and baseboards. The shower handle came away in my hand. After our complaints they did give us a different room, which was only marginally better. Very disappointing. More like a student dormitory than a New York hotel room.
