"There's a lot of time wear in the building.... the laundry facility was pretty dirty.... The heat and the ice machine in the laundry room of facility did not work.... The shower set up in my room leaves a lot to be desired.. The knob to turn the shower on is on the opposite end of the open door.. So when you turn the shower on you get bombarded with cold water. Bad design."

"I love this hotel--the staff is professional and friendly and responsive, and the location is great. This time, though, it was really cold in NY, and the heater was hard to set. The hotel sent an engineer to address the issue--worked--but he had to come back the next day. Still--I will stay again."
