"Outside of having a Chick-Fil-A drive thru on the same entrance to the hotel can be frustrating when both are trying to enter and leave the hotel and the other cars are waiting to go thru the drive thru. Also, please update washing machines and dryers they are outdated. Can’t get change from the front desk have to go to the gas station to get coins and that’s if they have enough to or willing to make change. Other than that food was good at the hotel. "

"I was only there to sleep. My mother was in ICU and I spent my time with her. I only had a 1 day issue with housekeeping and lack of towels during my 8 day stay. If not for that I would’ve ranked it 5 stars throughout. I highly recommend!!!!! "

"My sister and I stayed at this hotel on November 20th for one night before our cruise, and it was such a pleasant experience! Martha checked us in, and she went above and beyond to help sort out a reservation issue. Fran, the other front desk clerk, was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Both of them made us feel so welcome and comfortable. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again whenever I’m in the Melbourne area visiting family.
