If you reserve a room at thos property they have a required check in time after 3 am at amy given day. I made a reservation thinking that after midnight I could checkin as the following date. But when I got there after midnight, I found out my checkin time wasn't until after 3 am the following day. The lobby doors were locked and I couldn't sit anywhere to wait 3 hours with my luggage until checkin time. So I decided to cancel and ask for a refund.

Pool was not working was not clean ice machine not working TV remote not working correctly property is not being maintained and if I had any type of management they would be checking all of these items and and going to room to room it's not that big of a hotel to make sure everything is working for their guests that are paying money
