"Overall stay was fantastic. Rooms were great. Food was great and the weather was awesome. The only problem I had and the one thing I was extremely disappointed with was that on the day I was checking out the hotel charged me an extra $100 just so my family and I could sit by the pool for a couple of hours while we waited for our shuttle. I had already spent thousands on this vacation and needing to spend more just so we could kill 2 hours was BS. "

"The view from our 14th floor balcony was outstanding. Our stay was 3 weeks and 3 times we needed to call down for a new access number for wifi. Much more convenient to have it for the entire 3 weeks. The location of the hotel is great. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. The pulmanias are the best invention. Such an easy way to get around. "

"Absolutely loved this resort - close to everything! The breakfast buffet was fabulous with lots of choices! The rooms are clean and lots of hot water for showers! Staff is attentive and professional. Right on the beach with lots of chairs. I wish the pool opened a little earlier and getting ice can be a bit of hassle - otherwise - loved it here!
