William at the front desk, Ivan at the pool bar, Carlos in the dining room and the two guys that always made sure us two old ladies made it across the very street safely but running out in front of us and stopping cars. That was very much appreciated. We noticed some construction with their elevators but it didn’t really impact us very much and we were on 9th floor of the towers. "Great value overall. The hotel and services for the price was great. Their app didn’t really help at all. We had such a difficult time scheduling a ride that we just decided to stop wasting our time trying to schedule with the hotel and the so called app. We enjoyed the restaurants on the premises. Every time we ate at one of the restaurants we tried something different and it was always delicious. The mixed drinks seem diluted but the wine and beer that was offered with the all inclusive deal...

"I was wishing the property had cabanas available on the beach, or at least chairs with umbrellas. I would have liked to lay on the beach and sun myself. That's probably the biggest "Missing" from this property. The staff was super friendly, better than most hotels. Treated me like a member of the familia. "
