"I have stayed at the Costa De Oro so many times. It has been 12 years since my last visit. Although many of the staff I loved have moved on, the service continues to be great. The front desk night staff Jorge and Augustin are so professional, helpful, and welcoming. Luis at the pool offered us excellent service. And we cannot forget to mention Eduardo, Juan Carlos, and Salomon at Adobes who took excellent care of us and have so much pride in the work they do. The location is great, pool is clean, and walkable to so many places. I've come both with friends and with family. It is accommodating to both. "

"Property was in a great location, on the bus routes, making us mobile for our entire months stay. The manager, Jose Ornelas accommodated us with a one bed room,full kitchen. Thank you sir. The staff at the front desk and the bell boys were at our beckoning, 24/7, and all maintenance issue were immediate, if not sooner. We cannot say enough good about how they treated us. Thank you desk clerk’s Gabriela, Guilberto, Paulina, Teresita, Fernando, Zumaava, Cesar and anyone I may have missed. Thanks also to the bell boys Guillermo, Alfonzo, Samuel, Adrian, Carlos, and anyone I may have missed. A really special thank you goes to our housekeeper Katherine. What a sweetheart of a young lady. We appreciated everything Katherine did for us. We spoke very little Spanish and Katherine spoke minimal English yet we had no trouble communicating. We will return to The Inn for an even longer stay in 2026. "

"This Holiday Inn exceeded our expectations as compared to others. Room was spacious, exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable, housekeeping were excellent. Only suggestions are that it would be nice to have a small mini fridge to keep refreshments cold. Wifi worked well but we had to sign in every day & Apple phone was a bit difficult to sign in initially. * Buffet was only on weekends * Noise from bands is noticeable but didn’t bother us"

"Absolutely loved this resort - close to everything! The breakfast buffet was fabulous with lots of choices! The rooms are clean and lots of hot water for showers! Staff is attentive and professional. Right on the beach with lots of chairs. I wish the pool opened a little earlier and getting ice can be a bit of hassle - otherwise - loved it here! We will be back. Highly recommend. "
