"We stayed at this property for several nights, this is a lovely property. The staff are very welcoming and more than happy to advise or arrange day trips away for guests at a moments notice. We'll definitely stay again next time we are in Marrakech."

The hotel is some distance from the Koutoubia mosque and the main square - about 30 mins brisk walk. There are plenty of taxis available nearby though. One issue is that the reception desk was not properly operating on several occasions despite several desks but only two staff on duty. This caused some frustration and delay to some customers. ...

"This is a lovely, clean hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The pool was often quiet with only ourselves there. It is smaller than the images suggest and only has 1 step which is steep making it difficult to get out. The sunloungers are close to the ground but comfy enough. The hotel provides pool towels. Breakfast was buffet style and you could help yourself to as much or as little as you wanted. We also had lunch on our first day which was reasonably priced. The food was...
