"Large luxury hotel with beautiful grounds and swimming pools. Outstanding breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly need and more. The hotel is some distance from the Koutoubia mosque and the main square - about 30 mins brisk walk. There are plenty of taxis available nearby though. One issue is that the reception desk was not properly operating on several occasions despite several desks but only two staff on duty. This caused some frustration and delay to some customers. ...

"This is our go to hotel for Marrakech. Super nice and friendly staff and our room are always clean and fresh. The best of this hotel is their breakfast buffet. So many options and it’s all included with your stay! We love it here and have booked it 3 times already! It’s close to a shopping center and tons of restaurants in the area to try!"

"Overall it was a good experience. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. From reception, to porters, to cleaners, to restaurant staff, everyone were very nice, polite and helpful. We asked for our rooms to be cleaned a couple of times during our 1 week stay, they only cleaned the floors and basic surface clean of toilet. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty on our arrival and was never refilled, despite asking a number of times. Bed sheets were tidied up but not changed during...

"Outdated overpriced hotel with false 3.5 stars rated and it’s not even 2 stars. I checked out 15 mins after check in and they denied refund. I highly don’t recommend! "

"The service could be faulted nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was fresh to order and never the same 2 days running. The rooms were clean tidy and well presented. We took the offer of them collecting us from the airport for €25 this is a bit pricey but we may have struggled at first to find the riad. Coming home we took at local taxi for €10. Overall fabulous stay."

"I arrived late at night around 1am. After a long travel , my first interaction at the es saadi hotel was with the guy at the lobby. I entered smiling and he had absolutely 0 bit of positive energy. He was not smiling and was giving me attitude a soon as i enteree. I even said hello and he did not answer me. Just looking at me waiting for me to talk. I started telling him i wanted to check in he asked for my passport. So i look for my passport and then i realize I forgot my passport at casablanca...
