"It’s a nice boutique hotel with good breakfast and clean rooms. However, in order to encourage hotel guests to reuse their towels, there should be enough hanging hooks to air the towels after use. I also question the hotel hygiene practice because our bottled water was left on the floor instead of the table. "

"Terrible location, nice and modern hotel, poor service, the swimming pool ice cold, best breakfast we had, very relaxing. Location way too far away from Marrakech and almost impossible to get to and from Marrakech if you don't use their free shuttle service that runs twice per day. The value is ok and it wasn't a BAD experience but I wouldn't stay there again. Overall 6/10"

"The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, especially Hind and Ishmael were outstanding. The breakfasts were extremely good and fulsome. We loved our bedroom which was huge and had a lovely terrace. It is about 25 minutes from the centre of Marrakech so a hire car is preferable, but an easy drive into town."
