"Large luxury hotel with beautiful grounds and swimming pools. Outstanding breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly need and more. The hotel is some distance from the Koutoubia mosque and the main square - about 30 mins brisk walk. There are plenty of taxis available nearby though. One issue is that the reception desk was not properly operating on several occasions despite several desks but only two staff on duty. This caused some frustration and delay to some customers. ...

"We’ve had the most wonderful short break at Es Saadi Palace, wishing we could stay for longer. Every part has been 5*: breakfast has every hot & cold option possible; delightful rooms & we appreciated an upgrade to a stunning suite with multiple indoor / outdoor places to relax. Though end January, great weather allowed relaxing in the sun by outdoor heated pool during the day & evenings using hotel’s spa, both welcome antidotes to the bustle of the souks which are a leisurely 25min stroll away....

"Good location if you’re arriving by train, as situated adjacent. Traffic is busy and noisy but hotel rooms have good sound proofing so not an issue & provides interesting viewing! We were unhappy with our initial room (dark, no balcony & smelly) and the staff were very quick and helpful, stating they wanted us to be happy. 2nd room was much better with great shower. "Outdated overpriced hotel with false 3.5 stars rated and it’s not even 2 stars. I checked out 15 mins after check in and they denied refund. I highly don’t recommend! "
