"The staff were amazing So polite the food was amazing Beds comfortable and rooms lovely Entertainment was great (although the kids entertainment was slightly repetitive in the evening) the heated pool could also be a bit warmer and could do with upgrading the sports equipment as there wasn’t enough balls or ping pong equipment "

"My stay could have got much better if it was not about the spa, I went twice the 1st with 2 treatments were good experience but in the 3rd treatment the massage was not so good and money was stolen from me. I had been to reception to change euros and went directly to the spa, paid my treatment and when I left 200 dirham = 20 euros were missing . I complained about it to the spa because they’re independent from the resort. I didn’t get any return. Also my son didn’t like his massage at all. "

"That's very authentic hotel. My room, all buildings and everything around are very unique and beautiful! I was enjoying every day being in hotel and having trips to Marrakesh and Casablanca. The hotel provides a free shuttle to go to city and back. When I come back to Marrakesh again I will be staying in the same hotel!"

"The staff went out of their way to help my partner and I with all our trip arrangements, directions and food allergies. My partner ones not like noise so requested the music to be turned down on occasions. There was nothing that could be done about the outside noise (when it occurred) from coming into our room on the top floor. The decor was beautiful, clean and well kept and the Hammam and massage I had was out of this world."

"I enjoyed my stay at Riad Ksar Anika. It’s located on a quiet road, away from, but close enough to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. I walked everywhere. The service was great, with the reception staff going as far as providing me with a full lunchbox after I had told him during my checkout that I was going to take a bus to Essaouira later that day. "Very convenient location right near the main square. Downside was i could hear the snake charmers constantly from the hotel. The rooftop is great to sit in the sun and have tea. Easy to walk to most of the sights. The central location is handy but comes with the downsides. I woke up early before dawn and leaving the hotel for a walk felt unsafe. I saw an asian girl standing outside waiting for her taxi scared stiff. If your not alone I think its much better."
