"Really pleased with the hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly- we are both veggie and didn’t have a problem with the food options but we may have found it repetitive if we had stayed longer. Our only concern was that housekeeping knocked on our door at 22.45 one night I think to give us something but we didn’t feel happy answering the door."

"Excellent place to stay in the heart of Marrakech. Few steps away from the market square, tons of dining options even during Ramadan. The staff is very helpful. At one point, Hussein even woke us up so we won’t miss our train to Casablanca with a packed breakfast. Big shout out to Abes, Moad and Hussein and everyone else. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends visiting Marrakech. "

"I think its important to note that this hotel has a five star rating. When you have this rating i think its fair to be critical of things that i would otherwise not comment on. Cons: the pool needed a clean (there was green slime on some of the walls. Some of the matress beds by the pool were covered in bird poo for days on end. Somebody left a plate and coffee mug at the pool bar and it stayed there for days showing nobody was walking round and checking at the pool. A few of the complimentary...

"Outdated overpriced hotel with false 3.5 stars rated and it’s not even 2 stars. I checked out 15 mins after check in and they denied refund. I highly don’t recommend! "

"This place is garbage. I showed up, with a hotels.com reservation and was shown to my room. I spent the day in and out of the room doing work. In the early evening, they decided they were no longer going to honor my reservation and forced me to leave. Thankfully I found a hostel which was significantly nicer and cheaper than this place, and with better internet. If you can avoid it, AVOID IT."
