"A really nice riad with very good and helpful staff and a beautiful roof top restaurant. Very good food. The bathroom needed updating and the shower above the bath hit the window instead of the bath so was difficult to use (room 311) Breakfast was the same each morning which could be monotonous after 2. A wonderful location though and very nicely presented. "

"The staff (especially the kitchen staff) were amazing. Never seen such service and politeness anywhere else and i been all around the world. Very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Rooftop dining with the ocean all around is an experience in itself. The only negatives are only 1 channel on tv. "

"Nice Riad. Great staff who were friendly and very helpful at giving us advice of how to navigate some of the tourist traps in Marrakech. Wished the pool was bigger, never used it. Nice, calm atmosphere in the restaurant with limited options of good yet simple food. "

"Very old property. For a 5 star hotel it has weird rules, can’t bring outside food and wine into the hotel, you cannot sign for any of the stuff you use during your stay and have to pay off right away, once checked out they give you a special pass to get your luggage. Not bad, but not a 5 star feel. "

"Fantastic hotel in the city walls, walkable to everything and felt safe. Staff were great, changed up large notes and the welcome tea/pastry was a nice touch. We were lucky and got upgraded, the room had dressing gowns and slippers, and everything you could wish for. The Indian restaurant was lovely, as was the heated rooftop pool. Would definitely recommend and stay if we came back xx"
