"Enjoyed my stay, this is the the second time I’m staying in this hotel Good cleaning standards, waiters are always friendly, tasty food. Reception is friendly and all staff are very helpful. Only spa unfortunately is not up to standard, very rushed treatments, scrub literally takes 2 minutes, therapists don’t have good manners, normally just talk to each other or sit on their phones when you walk in, have long nails and wear rings/watches during massages, on both occasions I did not enjoy spa. We also booked a couple massage, therapist had phone in her pocket which kept vibrating and they just talked to each other and laughed. Felt very uncomfortable "

"Everything was lovely....except....both mornings that I was there, there was a knocking sound at 6:30 am which woke me, which sounded like someone was already doing works in the rooms above me. I complained the second morning. The location is very convenient, everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent."
