Comfortable, clean, well appointed, good breakfast, surprisingly good pizza restaurant (hey, we were exhausted and had had tajine 13 days in a row!). Three pools, parking, just not things we were expecting in a hotel in Marrakech. "

"I have previously stayed at this hotel July 24. I arrived on the 23rd April 25 after booking with Expedia. Was informed by the reception team no reservation had been made for my stay .i found this very embarrassing. I was told it was Expedia fault but luckily I had my booking confirmation from Expedia. After a short and embarrassing time l was checked in and shown to my room. After paying the amount of £18.000 for 1 week and the circumstances and horror of my check in after a long flight l am reluctant to book with Expedia again. "
