"Our stay at Riad Charme d’orient was nothing but AMAZING! Riad is located centrally, short distance to Medina, and local attraction. We were able to walk to all the following places: Bahia Palace, Spice Market, El Badi Palace, Saadian Tombs, Madrasa Ben Yousse, Koutoubia Mosque, Jemaa-el Fnna, Souk Semmarine and even Majorelle Garden was walkable. What truly set our stay apart was the exceptional service. Sofian and Said in particular, were outstanding!! His client-oriented approach made us feel truly cared for during our stay. He was always available to assist with any request, offering great recommendations for day trip, location places, food/restaurant options and making sure every aspect of our visit was smooth. His warmth and dedication really added a personal touch to our experience. Special thanks the owner Laurence & Alain, was always so quick on answer any questions we had prior to our trip and during our stay. "Clean Lovely property in Riad style. Rooms are cosy with large double bed and a reading nook. This reading nook was my most favourite part of the room. The hammam was very nice and services offered in spa was decent variety. The Hammam service itself was really good and relaxing. There was plenty of vegetarian options to choose from at breakfast as well as buffet dinner. Concierge was helpful finding us a great guide to tour the city. Language was a barrier for us as we don’t speak French but that didn’t deter staff to provide great service, using technology to translate each other’s words. I would love to come back to stay in this resort. "

"Really nice Riad in a quiet area, large rooms, lovely staff, breakfast wasn't varied, not a problem for a very short stay, but by the 4th day..... It's easy to walk to the main part of town and there are plenty good restaurants nearby. "

"Absolutely loved our stay. The riad is close by to the mosque so its easy to fins your way back even if you have a bad sense of orientation. Its in the middle of the medina ao you can visit loads and not even have to get a taxi to go visit places in Morocco The breakfast is AMAZING and the staff were wonderful, so polite and so accommodating. They speak both English and French. They arranged for taxi collection from airport which made it a lot hastle free. The riad itself is beautiful, we were lucky with the weather as it was sunny all week at the begining of december. They have a lovely terrace which we used to sunbave on our off days. You can see the Atlas mountains in the distance. There is a pool downsyairs near the lobby area but i was not brave enough to use it as its very open to the rest of the riad. The room is nice and spacious, bathroom on suite was brill, my partner is very tall (6'5) and was happy with the height of it as usually that is a problem, but here it was great. Honestly 10 out of 10, great place and very good value for money. "

"Our 2nd stay at the kenzi club for some pre Christmas sun. Exceptional value for money. The hotel & grounds are beautiful & kept so clean & tidy. We had a suite & it was amazing. Can not fault any member of staff. They are so friendly and can’t do enough to help. Many of whom remembered us from last year. Would like to especially thank younes, yousef (waiter outdoors lunchtime ), yousef (waiter indoors dinner ) and Mohammed ( waiter in the bar on a night time ) They are a credit to the hotel & made our holiday extra special "
