"I arrived late at night around 1am. After a long travel , my first interaction at the es saadi hotel was with the guy at the lobby. I entered smiling and he had absolutely 0 bit of positive energy. He was not smiling and was giving me attitude a soon as i enteree. I even said hello and he did not answer me. Just looking at me waiting for me to talk. I started telling him i wanted to check in he asked for my passport. So i look for my passport and then i realize I forgot my passport at casablanca...

"Amazing service, staff was extremely attentive and the breakfast every morning was excellent. The bird sanctuary was a nice place to walk around and you can hear the birds singing in the morning. 10/10 would stay again. "

"The pro’s of this property is the room is comfortable and has everything needed, and the hotel is close to attractions and dining options. Unfortunately the wifi is weak on the second floor where my room was and on the last night while I was eating in the restaurant, I was given an envelope by the manager to put my tip in when I checked out the next day, I was then asked 2 more times about the tip by the manager. "Very warm staff. Small room with not alot of privacy or locking but nice riad style and decor. Welcomed with tea and oriented is to neighborhood . Staff was very kind and helpful "

"We’ve had the most wonderful short break at Es Saadi Palace, wishing we could stay for longer. Every part has been 5*: breakfast has every hot & cold option possible; delightful rooms & we appreciated an upgrade to a stunning suite with multiple indoor / outdoor places to relax. Though end January, great weather allowed relaxing in the sun by outdoor heated pool during the day & evenings using hotel’s spa, both welcome antidotes to the bustle of the souks which are a leisurely 25min stroll away....

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the people working there. However, the place it is situated is not very touristic and was unexpected. The breakfast was not really appealing. I would not recommend the hotel to someone who wants a relaxing holiday, it isnt a place to relax. Indoor of the hotel is beautiful though. Rooms arent as comfortable and the cleanliness would not be 100% I feel they should include televisions into the rooms."
