"Great property in an amazing location. One of the elevators had a loud squeaking noise a certain time s during our stay - not sure what that was about - but the rooms were spacious and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Looking forward to returning for future visit I have already booked."

"This was our first visit to Chicago and I looked at a lot of hotels before booking at Hyatt Place. The check in process was quick and easy. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast offered had a lots of great options. The location was within walking distance of a lot of the attractions we wanted to visit and the train was a 10 min walk for things that were further away. Inwoukd definitely stay here again."
