"It is a prewar hotel, well kept, clean with stupendous and very well mannered people at the front desk. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. Most reviews say it is a little outdated. It is outdated by in a charming way ! The people working here are STUPENDOUS!!! "

"This was our first visit to Chicago and I looked at a lot of hotels before booking at Hyatt Place. The check in process was quick and easy. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast offered had a lots of great options. The location was within walking distance of a lot of the attractions we wanted to visit and the train was a 10 min walk for things that were further away. Inwoukd definitely stay here again."
