"One of the best Resort I stayed in"

"This was the best Riu Palace we have ever stayed at. The property, staff, food, everything was outstanding. Maria greeted us each morning for breakfast and knew exactly what we drank for breakfast and took great care of us. Bartenders Polo, Minny Me and Reuben are the best! Mario helped us when our shuttle service was late by calling and finding out what happened. Every single staff person was helpful and friendly. Grounds are beautiful. This place is amazing and so clean!! The food is outstanding. Steakhouse, Italian and Sportsbar is the way to go. We travel alot and this place is top notch!!"

"The staff, from the people that cleaned, to the staff in the lobby and front desk and waiters were well trained and super friendly. Shout out to a couple of the staff: Monseratt at the front desk was 5 star. Ivan (waiter) was efficient and friendly every time we saw him. The room furnishings really should be updated. It looks like it was from the 1980s. The sheets were really rough and bothered my skin. We got really lousy pillows, but when we asked for a few more, they replaced all the pillows with newer, better ones. It would've been nice to get at least one days worth of coffee in the room. But the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. The value of what we paid to what we got was top of the line!"

"We love our stay at Melia Hotel. We overall love the staff- they are very friendly, accomodating to our needs, and made us feel welcomed! The buffet is excellent, a lot of choices pretty much for the entire family. There are foods and available drinks everywhere at any time. The place is very relaxing, anything you need for a holiday is there. The room overall is clean, but some amenities are a bit old and needs repairs, but it didn’t really compromise our stay."
