"We loved our stay here. Elias, the manager, immediately made us feel welcome. The rooms were air-conditioned and quiet. The hotel is an old mansion, which we found charming, The day we checked out, but before we could check in in a new place on our itinerary, my traveling companion lost his phone. Elias couldn’t have been more helpful, providing us with time, space and coffee to deal with it. Thank you Elias! We also met other interesting guests, including return visitors. Highly recommend it!"

"I booked this for my parents, so I cannot rate everything. However, they were very friendly at check-in. I have to say, I speak Spanish, so I don't know what other languages they speak, but I had a personal issue with my payment, and they were very accommodating and personable. The breakfast was a plate with sufficient and good food. The hotel also has a small pool, which is a plus."

"Not worth it! First of all, Expedia fails to disclose the 13,000 COP tourist tax, and this was billed as a surprise, and nobody at the hotel could properly explain it to me. They had me email a manager, but I got no response. The next morning, they put me on the phone with him and he explained that I need to contact Expedia. Can't fault them for that.
